Privacy Policy

• Participant submissions will align with the core goals of the #CreateConnectCare Campaign: to raise awareness about mental health and well-being, turn the tide against mental health stigma, and promote the importance of self-care and building caring connections that foster well-being.To have the greatest positive impact, #CreateConnectCare will provide an opportunity for youth to have their work seen by many people. As such, artwork submitted to this campaign might be shown publicly.

• As the privacy of all participants is important, only the submission and description of the submission, first name, age, grade, and state or country will be shared publicly.
   
• By submitting an entry, you give Creative Visions and its representatives the right to promote your artwork through visual display, printed media, website, social media, or other promotional methods.
  
  
• Artwork submitted online from any student under age 13 must have a parent-signed permission form. A parent/guardian, teacher, or group leader should submit the online form for any minor.
  
  
• All participants must read and agree to the Campaign's terms, rules, and conditions and the privacy issues addressed within that document.
  
  
• The information collected through submission will be used to increase awareness of youth mental health and well-being challenges; aid in creating a caring, supportive culture; communicate with the youth, teachers, or parents about their submissions and for awards and recognition purposes, including sending a Moleskin notebook to participants as recognition of their participation in the campaign.
  
  
• Information collected through submission will also be used to track the efforts and demographic reach of Creative Visions and the #CreateConnectCare Campaign and to measure impact and insights based on outreach, communication, and participation.
   
• The youth participants, parents/guardians can select any personally identifiable information that they wish to be hidden from public view if the artwork is selected to be showcased in an online gallery or other event. They may also submit any changes to the information to be shared by emailing a request in writing to CreateConnectCare@creativevisions.org.
